Training & Development
BYM offers a range of Training and Development courses to local people such as;
- First Aid Course Level 1-3
- Customer Service
- Health and Safety
- ICT
- ESOL
- Volunteering and Work Placement.
A key element of the project dovetails with the employment
project by the provision of ICT training along with C.V preparation and
workshops on interview techniques that enables them to gain confidence and
prepare them for mock interviews. In future we intend to link volunteers with
specific projects around Big Society.
We have a link with the local colleges, 6th form,
Local council and Further Education Institution.
